piece, this piece is a culmination of everything I had wanted
to explore and pay tribute to. It recognizes women's craftwork
(with the flowers and hot glue) as something beautiful, not
trivial, embraces the connection between a woman and a flower,
and is not ashamed of it, and pays tribute someone who spent
her whole life denying it, Georgia O'Keeffe, my greatest inspiration. |
